Board of Directors Meeting

The Board of directors of the Kiwanis Club of Manchester met at the Manchester Early Childhood Center on Wednesday, September 27, 2007 at 7:00 P.M.

The meeting was called to order by President Matt Donnellon. The following Board Members were present: Mickey Cauvin, Bill Chizmar,Sara Collier, Matt Donnellon, Ed Haller, Sharon Jones and Jim O’Sullivan. Others present included Mike Briggs, Sue Colvia, Gerry Herman and Sidney Palmer.

Treasurer’s Report- Administrative Account- $779.60 Service Account- $12,958.45

Secretary’s Report -was approved

New Members- Sharon Jones moved and Sara Collier seconded that we approve Jack Creech, Nicole Davis and Sharon McClure into membership. The motion was unanimously approved.

Warm the Children- Mickey Cauvin moved and Sharon Jones seconded the motion to participate in the Warm the Children Project. The motion was unanimously approved.

CRC Volunteer- Sharon Jones nominated Anita and Gerry Herman for Kiwanis CRC Volunteer of The Year. The motion was seconded by Bill Chizmar and unanimously approved.

Budget Audit- The B&B Auditing Firm( Bill Schwab and Bill Chizmar) audited the Administrative, Service and Crazy Ca$h Accounts and found that the bank statements and checkbooks were in agreement.
